Vidioh is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of video brochures, video cards and video books. Established in 2011 Vidioh has led the market in the production and marketing of these innovative marketing products.
Our customers are diverse; we sell directly to many leading global brands as well as working with partners such as advertising, marketing, event and PR agencies who in turn sell to their clients. 70% of our customers are UK based and 30% are overseas, the US is a growing market for us right now.
We manufacture in China and print in both China and the UK.
Vidioh is a small company (3 full time plus 2 directors) although it shares riverside offices with Enigma Marketing (30 people).
The role would suit a bright graduate or similar who wants to move into an exciting and busy role in the marketing industry. 1 or 2 years’ experience would be an advantage but not essential for the right candidate.
Salary £20,000 – £25,000 depending upon experience
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with an interest in technology and innovation to help manage the production of our video brochure products through our factory in China and printers in the UK. The ideal candidate would have experience working in the graphic arts industry, either within an agency, printers or similar, and have a knowledge of marketing.
Although full training can be given, an understanding of artwork and both digital and litho print would be an advantage. Having experience in project and or production management and having exceptional organisational skills are essential.
The role will offer a very varied day, as support for all aspects of the day to day operation will be required. Around 50% of your time will be spent in production management, and 50% focused on marketing. You will be trained in our production process and to understand artwork, print and video formats, it will be important to build and manage relationships with both customers and our suppliers in China and the UK.
You will also have exceptional attention to detail, good PC skills, be a fast learner and be able to work independently as well as part of the team. Most of all you will have the enthusiasm and confidence to try new things, have a willingness to learn and be a good communicator.
To create new copy and content for web site and to support inbound and outbound marketing activities (we have copywriters in-house who you will work with)
Most new enquiries are inbound so the right candidate must have a good understanding of digital marketing and be up to date with the latest technologies to support and nurture inbound enquiries.
It would be beneficial if you have an understanding of SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing.
The role is full time, office based from The New Boat House, Mill Lane, Maidenhead, Berks SL6 0AA.
The hours are 8.45 to 5.30 with an hour for lunch.
Consideration may be given to a 4-day week for the right candidate although working on Fridays is essential.
