Video brochures are often new ground for most, and so we want to make the process as transparent as possible so that we are all on the same page every step of the way. With that in mind, we’ve broken the process down into 3 steps. Read on to find out about every aspect the video brochure customer journey process, from placing your initial order to finally receiving your video brochure cards.
1. Ordering
You will speak with our Sales Team who will talk you through the different options, costs and any initial queries you may have. The Team will endeavour to provide a quote for you as soon as possible, though depending on your requirements, they may need to contact our factory to get up to date and specific costs. Any savings are always passed on to you! Once you’ve selected exactly what you’d like, you will be sent a revised, specific quote. You will then confirm your order and be introduced to the Production Team.
2. Production
Once introduced to the Production Team, you will be sent the relevant cutter guide and instructions for you to design your artwork. Along with your cutter guide, you will get an email which outlines the various assets needed to produce your order, so that everything is covered right from the beginning. We will also provide you with a more detailed timeline at this stage should you wish. Please note, in order to do this, we will need to know when you can send artwork files through to us.
Required Files – To produce your video brochures or video business cards, we require your artwork, splash-screen and video(s).
When these are ready, we ask that you send them to us via WeTransfer at which point we will have the artwork checked in the studio, and the videos will be tested by the Production Team. Any amendments or changes that need to be made will be sent to you.
Once the production assets have all been approved, we will send you a folder that contains your order form and production files for you to check. When these have been checked, we ask that you send approval by return email. It is important that these files are checked thoroughly, as this is the final approval stage before your order goes into production.
We are then free to send your order through to production. We will never send anything through to production without your final approval. Additionally, we will require proof of payment prior to the production of your video brochures.
3. Delivery
Now it’s time to sit back, relax and wait for your order to arrive. Once your order has been printed, our factory will make up a sample unit and take some photographs and a short demo video.
We will send these photographs and the demo video to you for your approval. This gives you the opportunity to see one of your video brochures fully made up and an example of what you will be receiving. It also serves as an opportunity to spot any changes you may like before shipping.*
When we receive the approval, our factory can then proceed and ship your order.
We will send you a DHL waybill number as soon as your order has cleared Hong Kong so that you can keep track of your video brochures and when they will arrive.
There are quite a few approval stages, but these have been put in place to ensure that you’re happy with the order and understand what your finished video brochure cards will look like before the order has been placed.
Of course, if you have any questions, concerns, or need clarification at any step of the process, you are more than welcome to call or email us, and we’d be happy to help.
*Please be advised that if you decide to change the artwork, splash-screen or video at this stage, there may be an additional cost depending on the circumstances. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions regarding this.
